Department of Hematology, Leiden University Medical Center.

I divide my time between fundamental research in the Department of Hematology in the LUMC and working as a clinical resident of Internal Medicine (AIOS) at the Groene Hart Hospital. My research interests are the role of the B-cell receptor in lymphoma, including BCR glycosylation, and the sequencing and analysis of large BCR repertoires in health and non-malignant disease. In the past, we have set up several methods for unbiased BCR sequencing and developed code for in silico rearrangement of BCR repertoires and arrangement and visualisation of subclonal BCR mutations.
