I’m currently working as a fellow internal medicine, clinical immunology and allergy in the Maastricht University Medical Centre. Besides this, I am a PhD student and I am participating in WP7 and 8. My research interests are broad varying from fundamental, translational up to clinical research in autoimmune disorders. Specifically, ANCA-associated vasculitis (AAV) and systemic lupus erythematodes (SLE) are fascinating disorders and my interest is focused on the B-cells, plasmablasts and autoantibody responses in these diseases. Furthermore, I am interested in the dynamics and impact of immunosuppressive and autoantibody removing therapies in these autoimmune diseases.
