Sabrina Pollastro

Sanquin

Biotechnologist by education, I specialized in bioinformatics and immunology during my PhD done at the AMC under the supervision of Prof. Niek de Vries. In 2019 I joined the group of Prof. Marieke van Ham at Sanquin as PostDoc/Bioinformatician. Given my expertise in B- and T-cell receptor repertoire analysis, my focus within TTB! is to provide the consortium with both practical and bioinformatic help in setting up and performing B-cell receptor clonality analysis. In additon, I am also involved in the analysis of single cell RNA sequencing data and immunomonitoring of of antigen specific T and B cells responses.
